Mission Statement

To assist physicians in providing a more comprehensive approach in treatment, decrease frequent hospitalizations, and provide the most up-to-date information on patient changes that allow for more timely interventions on an as needed basis.

Our services at at NO CHARGE to our Medicare recipients. We also provide most supplies that are needed during our period of care. These services are required to be inter- mittent and for a short period of time (usually within a 60-day period) and must be approved by your physician.
